Every tea we offer has been selected with care to encourage moments of balance, ritual and connection.

As tea is a natural agricultural product, slight variations between harvests are both normal and expected. Differences in leaf appearance, aroma, colour and flavour are part of the unique character of each tea.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to represent our products accurately, colours and packaging may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to update, improve or discontinue products without prior notice.

 

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice, although the price confirmed at checkout will always apply to your order.

Where applicable, taxes will be calculated during checkout.

 

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Astraluna Tea.

Your order is accepted only when:

  • Payment has been successfully authorised; and
  • You receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • A pricing or technical error has occurred.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

Where payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Astraluna Tea does not store your full payment card details.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Postal delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Industrial action
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered.

Ownership of the goods remains with Astraluna Tea until full payment has been received.

 

8. International Orders

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or local sales taxes
  • Clearance fees

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that tea products may legally be imported into their country.

Astraluna Tea cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges arising from customs procedures.

 

9. Returns & Refunds

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Due to food safety legislation, we are unable to accept returns of tea products that have been opened, used or where the original seal has been broken unless the product is faulty or supplied in error.

If you wish to return an unopened item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method.

 

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where possible, please include photographs of the packaging and products.

Following assessment, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances.

 

11. Food Safety & Allergens

Our teas are handled and packed in accordance with applicable food safety regulations.

Although we take appropriate precautions, our products may be packed in environments where allergens are present.

If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide further guidance.
