Origin and Character

The hand-made compression allows air to move through the broad leaves and stems during post-fermentation, supporting an even development of Golden Flowers throughout the brick.

Years of maturation have softened the tea into a clear, balanced cup. Toasted grain and aged wood lead the profile, followed by dried jujube, warm cedar, gentle woodland earth and a light camphor-like coolness.

Liquor Bright, clear amber
Flavour Toasted barley, oatcake, honeyed grain, dried jujube and cedar

✦ The Astraluna Perspective ✦

This brick speaks through patience, structure and transformation. Its broad leaves, stems and Golden Flowers have matured into a cup that feels settled rather than subdued, with grain, wood and gentle cooling notes moving in quiet balance. We chose it for the way time has brought the separate elements together. It is a tea for long sessions, cooler days and moments when steadiness matters more than brightness.
