Origin and Character
Nannuo Mountain is known for young Sheng with lively energy, measured bitterness and a clear mineral frame. Spring-harvested large-leaf material gives this tea freshness without excessive aggression.
The early infusions show green apple, pear skin, herbs and flowers. A brief youthful bitterness quickly transforms into returning sweetness, while the liquor gains depth over the session.

✦ The Astraluna Perspective ✦
Nannuo Mountain brings a little more edge and movement to the ritual. Its youthful bitterness is brief, giving way quickly to fruit, herbs and returning sweetness. We chose it for that transformation. It encourages an active kind of attention, where each infusion reveals the relationship between tension and release. This is a tea for those who enjoy watching structure soften without losing its sense of direction.
